Public communication system “138” is a platform for boosting public oversight on the performance of Astan Quds Razavi.
The Grand custodian of Astan Quds Razavi has expressed hope that 138 will help pilgrims and neighbors of Imam Reza’s (AS) holy shrine.
On the sidelines of the opening of the public communications center and the unveiling of some projects for eradicating deprivation and job creation at Astan Quds Razavi, Hoj. Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi told reporters, “The telephone system 138, provides the grounds for pilgrims of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) to have contact with the Astan Quds Razavi across Iran and the Muslim world.”
He called the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) as the Qiblah of the lovers’ hearts belonging to all Muslims around the world and pointed to the needs of pilgrims to put forward the questions, criticisms and suggestions regarding the way of dealing with matters at Astan Quds Razavi, which would be facilitated by launching this center.
“Astan Quds Razavi’s public communication system should track the criticisms and suggestions of pilgrims and neighbors up until achieving the desired results and not just be content to communicate and receive opinions,” he pointed out.
He called the national phone number 138 as a platform for and consolidating public monitoring on the performance of Astan Quds Razavi and reflected his optimism over the center to facilitate people’s communication with different parts of AQR and ensuring the satisfaction of pilgrims and neighbors of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS).
