According to Astan News correspondent, Seyyed Reza Fatemi Amin was appointed to serve as the deputy custodian of the holy shrine of Imam Reza by Chief Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi.
Part of the appointment decree reads:
Dear Mr. Fatemi Amin
With an appreciation of efforts put by my dear brother, Mr. Bakhtiari, I hereby appoint you as the deputy custodian of Astan Quds Razavi for your successful experience in executive affairs.
High on your agenda should be the promotion of coordination among deputies and different departments of Astan Quds Razavi as well as full materialization of its policies, which are derived from the Septet Charter of the Leader of Iran’s Islamic Revolution.
Seyyed Reza Fatemi Amin graduated in the field of Socio-Economic Systems Engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology. Among his work experiences is the execution of a countrywide plan to renovate worn-out vehicles. He also was the adviser to the Minister of Industries, Mines and Trade in the economic development plan, the spokesman for the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Trade, the Deputy Minister of Planning at the same ministry, and member of the High Council of Education.
It should be noted that Seyyed Morteza Bakhtiari, who was previously in charge of this position was appointed by Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi as Adviser and Special Assistant to the Chief Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi.
