“The Service of Astan Quds Razavi’s servant, in eight borders of Iran and five Iraqi points, especially the Mehran border will continue until the end of this week,” Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi emphasized due to the increase in the travel costs of Arbaeen pilgrims.
According to Astan News, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi, in a conversation with Radio Arbaeen stated, “Astan Quds Razavi, this year, in addition to the Mehran border, has been active on the borders of Khosravi, Shalamcheh, Mirjaveh, Doqarun, Astara, and Bazargan. As for Iraq, with the appointment of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) stations in Karbala, Kadhimiya and Samarra with the participation of 2,000 servants, they provide the services required by the pilgrims.”
“Following the increase in travel expenses for Arbaeen pilgrims, we have stressed that the service by Astan Quds Razavi’s servants on eight border lines of Iran and five Iraqi points, especially the Mehran border will continue until the end of this week,” he expressed, highlighting the increase in travel expenses for Arbaeen pilgrims.
Services of Astan Quds Razavi on the border of Mehran owing to the large population and high traffic of pilgrims has been established as in previous years, and five thousand pilgrims on a daily basis receive various medical, therapeutic, cultural, housing and aliment services by employing 1000 servants,” he pointed out.
