In producing religious programs, it is necessary to use the instrument of art along with creativity and innovation.
Stating the above in a meeting with a number of media and social networks’ activists at the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS), Hoj. Marvi the chief custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, said the organization welcomes constructive complaints by the media activists. “I hope we would be able to work in the cause of Almighty God at the special attention of Imam Reza (as).”
He urged producing quality programs on the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) at the IRIB, saying, “In producing the TV programs, influence and artistic attractions of the holy shrine must receive double attention.”
Hoj. Marvi asked officials at Astan Quds Razavi to be responsive to mass media activists, stating that “It is the policy of Astan Quds Razavi to avoid presenting non-transparent and dubious reports to the people. All reports must be transparent and well-documented.”
Elsewhere in his remarks, the chief custodian of Astan Quds Razavi noted that the organization has already kicked off a plan to use public capacities for rendering services to the disadvantaged walks of life across the country. “It is an honor for us to take effective measure toward eradication of poverty in the light of the blessed name of Imam Reza (AS) and proportionate to his rank and dignity.”
Hoj. Marvi called for optimal use of the capacities of the virtual world in clarification of the Islamic sciences attributed to Imam Reza (AS), saying, “Mashhad enjoys good media capacity. Due to attribution of the mass media to the city of Imam Reza (AS); we are committed to observe spirituality, ethics and ethical merits in all media activities to serve as a model.”
He also announced Astan Quds Razavi’s determination for mixing the experience of the veterans and the capacities and capabilities of the youth in administration of the affairs at his organization. “We must train the talented youth and gradually delegate the authority of the affairs to them.”
The chief custodian of Astan Quds Razavi further noted that AQR is open to constructive criticisms. “Confirming or keeping quiet before certain individuals, political movements or events must be based on a legal proof.”
Warning the media activists against the enemy’s plans to infuse disappointment in the society over Islam and the Islamic rule, Hoj. Marvi said: “True, people are dissatisfied with shortcomings in some areas, but this Revolution had many achievements for them. In addition to reflecting public issues, these achievements must be equally clarified for the people.”
He also stressed the appropriate use of art along with creativity and innovation in producing cultural programs.
