Holding Virtual Pulpits for Lovers of Hazrat Reza (A.S.) Abroad
Chief of International Studies and Programming Office at Astan Quds Razavi’s Center for International Affairs announced on holding of virtual pulpits for lovers of Hazrat Reza (A.S.) abroad.
In an interview with Astan News reporter, Gholam Reza Kahlaki, chief of International Studies and Programming Office at Astan Quds Razavi’s Center for International Affairs, said, "In same direction with other active organizations in the area of pilgrimage and to promote Islamic teachings abroad, Astan Quds Razavi’s Center for International Affairs held virtual pulpits for all lovers and devotees outside of the country ".
He added, "These virtual pulpits were held in a wide international range thanks to the employment of cyberspace. Interested Muslim and non-Muslim people from Pakistan, Germany, Vatican, Austria, Denmark, England, Syria, Iraq, Thailand, and Lebanon were participants of these programs".
Noting that most of these pulpits were held on the martyrdom day of Imam Reza (A.S.), Kahlaki stressed, "A special virtual pulpit was held in the evening of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) martyrdom night for Lausanne’s Islamic Center of 14th Infallible Imams (A.S.). Members of this Center were Persian speaking people living in Lausanne, Switzerland".
Kahlaki went on to say, "Devotees of the household of the Apostle of God (S.A.W.) in Switzerland’s Freiburg known as religious group of Lovers of Ahlulbayt also enjoyed their own special virtual pulpit in the evening of Imam Reza’s (A.S.) martyrdom".
He pointed out, "Professor Shefer, salient German intellectual and al-Mustafa University’s instructor in Qom, delivered his lecture in a virtual pulpit for the cyberspace activists in central and western Europe. The audience of this pulpit were both Muslims and Christians".
It is worth mentioning that Astan Quds Razavi’s Center for International Affairs is ready, based on an order issued by organization’s custodian, to create contacts with all active cultural centers in five continents.
